Customers can order by:

Information about coffee products is posted in detail on the website with real pictures of the product.

The ordering steps are as follows:

Step 1: Sign in

When you log into the account registered on the website, you will select the appropriate products and order by clicking on the button "Add to cart"

Your shopping cart will include order details such as price, quantity, and total payment.

Step 2: Delivery address

When you click on the button "proceed to checkout" you need to confirm the delivery location.

Delivery location based on the information you have registered for an account, if you want to change the delivery location you need to click on "Add shipping address"

Step 3: Payment and order

Billing information includes: Customer name,delivery  address, phone number and other notes.

You need to check the information "Order" carefully before clicking on the button "Order".

After placing your order, you will receive an order code, please save this order code for us to check upon delivery to you.

However, customer orders will be officially confirmed when we get back to you within 2 working days to complete the payment.

For coffee products

• Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City with orders from 2kg or more.

• For other provinces, they will use a courier or transfer to the bus branch as agreed between Copen Coffee and the buyer upon order confirmation. Shipping cost depends on the volume of orders that Copen Coffee will partially or fully support customers.

For all kinds of coffee machines

Article 2.2. Payment terms

• Cash payment upon receipt.

• Payment by bank transfer before receiving goods.

Article 3: Exchange / Return and Refund Policy

Article 3.1. Exchange

In case customers want to change to another product, they must contact Copen Coffee directly within 1 day before delivery. Customers contact at: 08 3550 1332, provide account information and order code and product want to change.

Article 3.2 Change or Cancellation of Order

In case customers want to cancel their orders, they must notify Copen Coffee directly within 1 day before delivery. Customers contact directly at: 08 3550 1332, provide account information and the order number you want to cancel.

Article 3.3 Refund

For canceled orders, Copen Coffee confirmed that customers have transferred Copen Coffee will refund in accordance with the account information that customers have transacted within 02 (two) working days.

Working time: From Monday to Saturday. Morning: 8am – 11:45; Noon: 13:00 - 17:00, Sunday and public holidays.

Article 3.4 Refusal of refund

• When the customer confirmed an order, we did not receive any cancellation notice within the refund period.
